There are two awesome tracks that I can't ever seem to request: "The Bear", and "The Shepherdess."
The first time I heard each of them, I saved them in my treasured tracks. But now, every time I look for them when I'm requesting music, they always say they are not available until at least two or three days from whenever it is that I am online, no matter what day or time it is. Now here is the real problem: from time to time they pop up automatically in the cue when nothing else is requested, yet I have NEVER seen anyone actually request them!!!!!
What gives?!

hmm very interesting. The second track is actually misspelled too. I wonder what these tracks really are since they are not even labeled for a theme park.

hmm I will fix the labeling issue. There were a few tracks that got corrupted when we had the server issues.

As for the request time, each track after its requested is blocked 36hrs. This keeps the same track from being replayed too often. Some tracks are just popular and just end up getting requested a lot, thus it seems they are always unavailable.

Thanks for taking notice of my post. But my point was that nobody ever requests those, they just play at random when no one else is requesting anything, and then they are never available for request. In fact, just this morning The Bear showed that it wasn't available, and yet, lo and behold, it was played randomly by the system at 5:24 p.m. (my time) while no one was requesting anything, and now it's not available again until Wednesday! It hardly seems fair that we don't ever get to request a certain song just because it happens to get played at random before we have a chance to request it.

Tracks are played at random, but that doesn't count as a request. My guess is the fact that the file label got corrupt is causing an issue. I will work towards fixing this track

Walt Disney World - epcot - parades & shows - illuminations - preshow music 08 - Bear
Walt Disney World - epcot - world showcase - china - area - loop 07 - The Shepherdess

and both are avail to be requested
