Question about requested play times.

Post by MadEye » Jan Thu 01, 2009 3:13 pm

Didn't see anything about this anywhere...

In doing some research (seeing as how Subsonic is based in CA), and that the scheduled times are of Pacific. Is there a way here that I am not aware of yet that you can change the times in the now playing section to Eastern, or is there a way to do it "behind the scenes?"

Thanks in advance.

I've always wondered the same thing. It's not really that big of a deal if there is no way for it to be switched but wouldn't mind it.
I know this is probably your first flight...and it's mine too...ha, ha

from what I've seen, the Now Playing times are based off the time zone you choose within your forum profile. Example - right now, the now playing page shows a track ready to play at 7:46PM when I look at it. I have my profile timezone set for GMT-5 (Eastern). If I change the time to GMT-1, it shows the track ready to play at 11:46PM. so, as I see it, if you just set the time in your profile to the proper time zone, and your computer time is correct, everything should work out fine.

Never thought of that. Thanks, I'll try it.

Edit: It worked. Thanks again!
