I'll try getting in there for my first time later tonight. I just have some homework to do and then my daily flight simulator X dosage. Hope to see some of you soon.

Tried it tonight! Was pretty good! I'll definitely be coming back. A fun ground there.

Chat is great! I highly recommend it during the work day (9-5) as we're all in there helping to get each other through the work day. I encourage all of you give us a try (maybe on your lunch break?)!

The chat is fun but it's mostly us developer folk who talk about technology and stuff.

Ditto on QuickGold.... no courage required. I didn't realize,at first, you don't have to be "chating" every minute. In fact, there are a lot of members who are on almost everyday but don't chat much. Additionally, if you log on and stay for a while you don't need to be reading every minute.... you can scroll through 45-60 minutes of conversations pretty quickly and get to know other members pretty well. Just click on and after someone says "Hi" tell them you can't talk much today, you've got laryngitis.

We only rag on the regulars (especially QuickGold ). But in all honesty we are all nice and we try to be even nicer around the new folk.

Yeah, the busiest time is during work hours. People like to kill time there. The talk isn't all Disney. It's a VERY wide range of topics. I've even been accused of being trashy.

Very friendly, non-threatening group. I'm not a big chat person but the few times I've logged in, I've always felt welcomed and encouraged to join in

I just survived my first chat session on Wed. Everyone was really nice and it was fun to watch everyone have a blast typeing to the music. Thanks for making me feel welcomed as a newbie!
