E-Ticket Mickey Head

In viewing these Mickey heads, it appears that the level of your ticket (A-E) is set upon your number of posts? Is that correct? I also notice that some have color and others do not. What does all of this mean? Sorry if I missed it posted somewhere, I did not see it in the FAQ.

Yep your title like "omnibus driver", changes inside the range of the A Ticket -> B Ticket -> C Ticket ...
