someone just requsted this and i'm perplexed lol! was this a commercial played in frontierland or something? i've never heard of fritos being advertised in disney parks! it sounds obviously old...

i love the way the kid says "frito" with a big emphasis on the "t". i usually always say it like "freedo"

anyone know what the deal is with this track? who is klondike? lol...i'm hysterical over here lol...just so odd!

As I understand it, this track played in the Mk at DLR way back when. There was some kind of automated machine that you put money in and "Klondike" sent up some Fritos for you. I liked the track the first 2-3 times I heard it. I now like the first 30-45 seconds of it and am ready to move on...

so this was like an advertisement played on the train? Where was the machine located? do you know what klondike was supposed to be, the actual machine? did it play all at once or only when someone put money in?

it's still so strange to me, lol...i mean, i know disney has sponsors and all-- the kodak preshow before honey i shrunk the audience, and the old AT&T sponsoring of spaceship earth...but i'd hate to hear ads, especially long ones, like that on the monorail or even the MK railroad!

thanks, by the way, for the info!
