That's the fun about the Jukebox type of playlist. Sometimes you hear stuff you wouldn't normally hear that's good.

I have a tendency to play the same things over and over, so sometimes I just listen without choosing tracks so I can hear something new.
Nancynohorse - you should start marking tracks that you like as "treasure", so that when you can select songs, you already have an idea of what you like. I have a few in my "treasure chest" that I don't have enough points for.
Hey wait - you have over 100+ posts - why can't you choose anything yet? You must have at least 1000 points.

heh - I know what you mean about using up points... I usually try to use only half of what I have in one setting, because it almost always happens that I have to leave my computer for one reason or another right as my songs are coming up.

That way I can (hopefully) select other songs I like later in the day.

I thought I was the only who managed to have that happen to me!

I know this feeling all to well.

Yep, missing your requests is one of the drawbacks of the 'jukebox' system. But you also get to hear new stuff you might not normally request.

We "panic" if the DSL service interrupts, because it always seems to do that right as our requests are coming up. LOL
