Where did "Horseless Carriage Chauffeur" from?

So, I'm a Horseless Carriage Chauffeur, huh? That's creative, but far from my ideal job.
I was just wondering who comes up with these?

LOL I love that one, the Horseless Carriage Chauffer. When we first went to DL in 1996, seeing that carriage out in front of the Haunted Mansion with all the horse trappings just "floating" there... that had given us a good chuckle.
This site is great for bringing back some of the faintly remembered memories, like that!
