I have it on DVD. And I quote it more than most of the people I know, and the funny things is I didn't know most of the qoutes I was saying were from that. I also yell "SPOOOOOON" a lot too.

So guys I'll turn the bit rate back up tonight, and undo what I did to the audio last night... it sounds really bad here at work... Sorry about that...

I don't run the soarin' station, jcodirewolf does. But it could be a neat idea for users with more bandwidth to play themed streams that users could tune into at their discretion.

I looked on Youtube for the Tick and recognized the song. For those curious, the web site address is:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nyaxMNcP9Os
It shows the first 7 minutes of the first episode of the cartoon show.

The soarin station was great as background music in my office but after the 10th run through i was very tired of it. the thought of an easy listening channel would be awesome.

I'm so stupid, I thought "soarin" was just an adjective for the speed... you know your "soaring" through the bandwidth. I've got to step away from the computer ever now and then

Oh man, an all theme/background music station would be terrific. Love the rides but there are times when you are trying to concentrate on something or other and you really don't want to board that CTX Rover or chat with Mark Twain and Ben Franklin. The instrumental type music would be a great fit and there is tons of it out there.

BTW - great idea on new themed stations, thanks to all those folks working on them!

Just a quick note to say that I'm loving the Soarin' station. Whenever the playlist gets bogged down with Carousel and wedding pavilion songs, I click on over to Soarin. Thanks so much, jcodirewolf!

Awesome idea! Wish I had the bandwidth to offer.

When I jumped onto Subsonic again after a long downtime, I was thrilled that Soarin' had its own channel and it has been a hit in the indysoarin19 household. My dad LOVES Soarin' and the background music. Just out of curiosity, will the American President theme (heard in the queue in the CA version) be added to the stream? Thanks again for putting it up.

nice idea but I wouldn't listen to it. A bit much for my ear. I like the variety of the main stations

It's more of a silly thing than an official thing. It was never announced officially.

"SPOOOOOON"
Right back at ya lil buddy, I too think the soarin channel is a wonderfull idea. what might be even cooler is if sub could put up a weekly poll for various ride compliations like all haunted mansion, all pirates, etc and then which ever one was voted on most for that week would take the place of the soarin channel. or be added as its own channel.

Nice idea, but I would imagine it would be too time-consuming to make it regular.
