Subsonic Radio

I've asked this question a few times with no answer. How do I use the different streams. I'm only able to use the stand alone player. When I try to use Winamp, it just keeps trying to connect, and never does! I'm using a 64 bit system with DSL
Also when I try to chat, I don't have the part of the screen that lets me send.
Please help!!

Jacca, you were banned from the 128k server. Probably for being connected too long which is usually a stream ripper. I unbanned you, just be careful about that.

As far as chat, you can use a better type of program than the Webchat: http://www.subsonicradio.com/files/subs ... io_irc.zip

Yes sir I'm sorry!! We tend to keep it on all day long!! If we're on all day we'll use the stand alone!!

So you can be banned for leaving Subsonic on all day? I think the most I had it on was for 8 hours straight when I couldnt sleep some nights. I hope I never get banned from here.

We usually don't ban unless you've been connected for an extended length of time, way more then 8 hours.

We try to watch for people who are stream rippers. One sign is someone that has been connected for a long duration 24hrs+

I don't rip, I do have my computer connected to my surround sound and we play it through the house and yard. I do keep the stand alone player on for long times, sometimes all day. Is that OK?
In fact we don't play much Jimmy Buffett or Aerosmith any more!!

I have a stream question:

I can connect to the 128 server for Requests no problem. I cannot connect to the scheduled stream???

If I click on it form the navigation bar I get a page not available bar, if I do it through the Listen page that offers the link to WinAmp or Windows Media Player, I get the same error within Windows Media Player.

Any thoughts? Sometimes I'd like to switch to the scheduled stream when it has a grouping I like (ie Epcot).

WOW Sub you have me banned from everything but the stand alone!! Do I stay on to long?? Is there another reason?? My DW and I love to listen.

Yes, I've tried multiple times over a few days. Each time the stream has not been full (according to the navigation menu anyway).

Thanks for the link, I'll give it a whirl.
