Subsonic Radio

I assume by now that everyone has been able to listen to the new intro for the station. By the new intro, I mean the part that first starts up when you tune into the station ( Ladies and gentlemen..boys and girls etc)

I was very saddened by this change from the "original". We have been loyal listeners from almost the very beginning of subsonicradio, and I must say that the old intro was the "calling card" of the station. Both my GF and I would start grinning from ear to ear when we would hear the intro cause it meant DISNEY MUSIC WAS TO COME!!!!!!

It is one of the stations "signatures" and I for one want it changed back.

As we know from being loyal Disney fans, Change is NOT always the answer to everything.

Please help me in convincing sonic that it needs changed back by posting here.

Yes, I'm curious about what you people think.

I enjoy it, what would really be neat if it could alternate between the 2 intros and who knows? Possibily more introductions.

Yeah, a random intro each time would be fun

I couldn't disagree more with SysFail. I love the new intro, and I would recommend any change that makes it sound more like the intro to the Main Street Electrical Parade.

Now, making them non-MSEP might be too much change for me...

I like the new into, but a random into like Andy said would be nice too.

I like the new one; I really don't find it -that- different than the old one. I mean, I noticed it when it changed but it wasn't jarring to me. If there was a way to make them random though, that'd be kinda neat.

Either one, or both, is fine.

Who are the voices?

I just heard it for the first time, and I like it. I guess with the beginning Electrical Parade music in the background, it seems a bit anti-climactic at the very end. Maybe a slower fadeout?

I like the both idea, I really liked the old one but new one is ok too

I think its a pretty cool intro, gives me goosebumps

Realizing that this is Subsonic's station and I'm just happy to be able to listen to it...I'd be happy with either. My preference, though, is the old one. It seemed to me to be a little closer to the timbre of the MSEP.

I like the new intro, but I have to agree with Lion. I keep wanting it to say at the end "in thousands of sparkling sounds" or something like that. I like the random intro idea a lot too, kind of like the ads that come up in between songs.

I'm in agreement. Random would be cool, too.
