Points not Showing

Yesterday I received a screen saying that my account had been suspended, and today I can't see my points....Can someone help me....?

It's not your account, more the account the site gets hosted under. You do still have the same amount of points you'd usually have.. They're just not displayed at the moment

I think, it a track is greyed out, then you don't have enough points available.

yes, that is true. if the track is gray, you do not have enough points to request.

It is so weird, but sometimes I can see how many points I have, and sometimes I can't. This makes it difficult to decide which songs to request. I end up having to add up all the points I use by hand and guessing how many points I have left.

you could also just keep requesting without the guesswork. anything that is grayed out means you don't have enough points to request it...

You only see your points if they are full. I hope to the regeneration counter back in by Monday

Yeah, but sometimes I want to request one song but it has more points than another song that I like more but I don't know if I should chance suggesting one song in place of another. Sorry if that didn't make any sense at all.

So was there a regeneration counter before? I only just joined a few weeks ago.
