While my Mom is going to be coming with a thank you note of her own for subsonicradio's existence, I'm going to put my own to thank you for having a 24k stream available! We only have dial-up at home and trying to listen to the Disney stations on live365.com didn't work so well since they broadcasted at 64k or better; it was very choppy and we lost more than we heard.

Having 24k is WONDERFUL here! :mickey:

Spread the word to your live365 friends that they don't need that commercial ridden service! :)

Glad to have you aboard!

I agree this is the best site, with the 24k feed as well as 128k feed. I love the request system and of course no ads. Thank You! :D

I very much appreciate the 24k feed too. At home I'm all about 128, but at work there's so much load on our server (my guess, anyway) anything about 24 is so choppy it's unbearable.

I was so happy to find the site though; for whatever reason live365 feeds won't run at all here (nor will the scheduled feed from this site). I'm assuming it's a proxy issue but I doubt my it people would be sympathetic to my Disney needs.

LOL I could imagine, "excuse me, could we adjust this so I can listen to my Disney music please?" :mickey:

I was thrilled the other day when I jokingly asked my boss if I could have headphones on to listen to this station to keep me sane at work. For years, that's not been allowed and she let me! Yay!

I may have to go down to the 24k, as I am told the 128k filss up a great deal of space, and some of the IT people think I am importing a virus....:(

Don't forget there's also the 64k for the middle ground.
