How do I get copies of this Music?
Moderator: Moderators
I'm trying to make the site/station as legal as possible. As it gets bigger it get more attention. I don't want Disney shutting me down.

By saying something along the lines of: "Excuse me, sir. You must shut down your website and the associated internet radio station for copyright infringment. If you do not shut down, you will be taken to court where we will make your life miserable and take all of your money, and garnish your wages for the next 50 years."...
I'm sure it won't be word-for-word that way.. but that's the general meaning of what they'll say in their legal-babble...

mickster68 wrote:Hi there. I followed some links from--of all things--a Spectromagic website. Here is a site I found for Disney music. I'm not very experienced in uploads of music, etc., but thought I'd pass along the info if anyone else would be interested in doing some uploads to Subsonic. You may have already visited but, here you have it:

But Kazaa is wrong you should never use a P2P Program, The RIAA has place "worms" to count your music and report back to them on how many you have expect a knock on your door if you use one of these programs.js3901 wrote:try using programs like Kazaa to get your music, it's where I got alot of my files. Also, try some of the irc groups like #disney. also, take a look on the other pages of this post as there are some good sites to get musichorizonsperson wrote:What about a website where we could get these sounds?

It is not wrong to DOWNLOAD media files from p2p fileshare progs like Kazaa. What gets you in trouble is UPLOADING the song file. I've downloaded almost 200 audio tracks from just WDW with no adverse effects. I plan to keep downloading them too so I can get a full virtual tour of every attraction at WDW.eagle4life69 wrote:But Kazaa is wrong you should never use a P2P Program, The RIAA has place "worms" to count your music and report back to them on how many you have expect a knock on your door if you use one of these programs.js3901 wrote:try using programs like Kazaa to get your music, it's where I got alot of my files.
