I'm addicted!

Post by iloverags2 » Jun Mon 05, 2006 8:07 pm

This site is very, very addictive! I was just so busy searching for songs to request I almost screwed up the payroll I'm processing for work!

Love this site!

It is definitely addicting but it is great to see newbies jump in and post! Enjoy - oh yeah, and if your're going to mess up payroll maybe you could cut us all a bonus check here - we all need Disney fixes you know! 8)

iloverags2 I can totally relate I can't tell you how many times I almost mess up something here at work cause I am either singing too loud and not paying attention to what I am suppose to be doing, or just groovin' to the Disney tunes living in my own adventure that happens to be playing at the moment :hatter_bounce:

I'll totally agree that it's addictive. I usually log on in the morning when I get in my office, and leave it on all day as background. It gives me my daily Disney fix until I get to WDW again.

OK well I haven't messed up Payroll, but I have sent out quite a few things without a file attached. :)

It's probably not a good thing to say sorry I forgot to attach the file because I was on the net. :)

Don't know if this is off-topic, but those addicts who listen at work: what kind of reaction do you get from coworkers?

I listen with headphones because I don't want to have to answer questions about it. Besides, there is only one other person at my office that loves WDW as much as I do, and everyone else thinks we're both weird!

Unfortunately I cannot listen at the office. Work is very strict about what we can download onto our computers, so the only media I can use to listen to music is Windows Media. *sigh*

there is a way to listen to the station with WMP. There are 2 different ways to do it and the directions are in the FAQs off the home page

Thanks! I will give that a try in the morning! Looks easy enough...let's just hope they don't have some kind of firewall to block it.

I try not to listen at work because I'm not sure if that would get me fired or not?

I see songs pop up though and have to log on. When I do it's on the headphones though.

I've been listening on and off at work for a little over a year now. Everyonce in a while people will shoot me a wierd look and ask about it, but for the most part everyone here at this point knows I'm a disney nut so they've grown to accept it. Unless it's a small world comes on the stream :mickey:
Please keep your arms and legs inside the vehicle until the ride comes to a full and complete stop. Thank you, and enjoy the rest of your day here at Walt Disney World.

The GUYS I work with roll their eyes when I turn it on. There is one computer and we take turns listening to music, on alternating days. I don't always listen to SSR everytime I get a turn, but I do when I'm by myself.

I think it is a healthier addiction than say food, or drugs that is for certain.

Very True! Much healthier!

Being able to listen to this station is something I absolutely LOVE about having my own office... (well... that and being able to display all my LOTR figurines! hehehe) :) :mickey:
