Share A Dream Come True

There is a promotional video that I've seen about "synergy" I believe. I saw it once at Traditions, and at another cast member meeting. At the very end of the video, there is a little montage with heartwarming scenes from around the parks and the song playing in the back background is Share a Dream Come True. It also plays right before the Share A Dream Come True Parade gets going at MK.

Now there is a version of that song on "Disney's Magic In The Streets" CD, but it's not the one I like. Does anyone know if the version played in the video and before the parade is on any CD?
