Adobe Flash Player
Yikes! I just jumped over to the Adobe site to download the latest Flash Player. I thought I was in some surreal universe when my options were "Download" and "End of Life Information." Sounded like a serious commitment if I wanted to download that software!
Turns out that Flash Player is being euthanized, not me. Hope this isn't going to cause oodles of work for our beloved Subsonic!

Re: Adobe Flash Player
Flash has been on it's way out for some time. The Chrome browser, which I use, has not supported it for some time. Most sites are going HTML5 which tends to be more secure.
Re: Adobe Flash Player
I think it just means the old interactive menus on the Subsonic home page won't work. I just go straight to the forum anyway.
No one's gloomy or complaining while the flatware's entertaining.

Re: Adobe Flash Player
I sent a note over Discord for Subsonic to maybe remove the Flash menu from the home page. I don't think it's stopping anyone from doing things on the site though, just an ugly big box.

Re: Adobe Flash Player
Wish we could preserve the Flash without it being flash.. the Classic SS header is the best
I would love to get the FLA files and see if I could convert them to be part of the new HTML5...

All I see in that post is alphabet soup in the last line, but please, if you can preserve the header ~ that would be awesome!

Re: Adobe Flash Player
Flash is dead. You don't need it. use either the web player linked above or play from the new website:
