The request tab will not allow me to make requests. It is totally blank.

Which browser are you using. It's possible that there is an incompatibility with the browser you are using. I use Chrome, which works but there are sometimes oddities. My request doesn't always show up in the queue unless I refresh or reenter the page for example, but it does get requested. I've had occasions where I can't scroll past the bottom of the list of available tracks but I think that may have been a bug.
