Cure for Insomnia?

I have a minor case of insomnia. Since I started listening to Subsonic at night while trying to sleep, I've had an increasingly easier time falling asleep in a timely fashion. So, I'd like to suggest 1 dose of Subsonic Radio before bed for anyone who has trouble falling asleep. It works!
Great station, keep it up.

Interesting, never tried that before. Do you request a certain track ahead of time or just tune in and listen to random songs?

Just tune in and listen to random songs. Most EPCOT futureworld tracks are good late night soothers, like the one playing at this moment. I'd request some area loops but I don't have enough points yet (3711 is the magic number for me -- Paradise Pier loop

)

Haha, nice Matt
I'm sure some of the Parade tracks are NOT sleep music. Especially that, "Everyday's a Holiday Parade" ::shudders::

Thankfully, I haven't heard too many parades late at night. Luck, I suppose. I sure wouldn't want Block Party Bash playing while trying to sleep (but I still have yet to hear that music anywhere but at DCA -- seems like no one anywhere has it).
