Hey that's pretty neat. I wish I had the skillz to make a mix like that. Is that the Halloween theme? It really picks up and gets creepy towards the end, cool!

Thanks! I'm glad you like it. Yea, there is a section of the Halloween music in there. It's my favorite horror movie. The two go together quite well. :)

Great job with the remix!!! I loved it. Some quotes I didn't recognized, though. Are they from clips that were never used on the ride?

Simply right click on the link and select "Save Target As..." That will let you save it.

Hai, thank you.

Some of it came from an old record that was a read along, I reconise(?) it.

Oh no, I recognize the record album. I just don't remember Paul Frees say anything along the lines of "you have been selected to fill our quota." Where is that quote from? It's not from the ride is it? There are a couple of other variations of parts of the Ghost Host's narration. They still are the original script, yet still sound different, as though they were from a different take and not the master used on the ride.

I think they are from one of the anniversary(?) cds, it's the samething with POTC they had lines on the the CD that weren't in the ride or variation of lines, I think that is where they came from.

Hi everyone! I'm really glad you like the remix... I spent some time on it and I was hoping there would be some other HM fans out there who would appreciate the idea.

AlexLoup is right about the read-along. I had that 45rpm when I was a kid and always loved it. I can just about recite the thing from memory. I put in the quote from the opening to the B-side of the record to set the stage for the "audio story". I also used the "zinger" sound from the very ending of the sound-effects track from the B-side also. That was pretty scary to me when I was a kid!

Your right Experiment626. I have the original master recordings that Paul Frees did for the ride and used some alternate takes for most of the track. I figured we've all heard the actual takes used for the actual ride dozens of times and thought it would be interesting and different to use the some of the same phrases... just different takes.

I'm not sure about the quota line for the DL version as I have never ridden it. It is not used in the WDW HM in any way that I am aware of.

I plan on working on a more "musical" one in the near future themed around, what else, GGG! I'll be sure to post when it's done! Thanks again to all who have enjoyed the track! :)
