Dallas Disney Magic!

I am planning to create a Disney Gatering of sorts in Dallas either in Late February or early march. Planned events would be: 1) pin trading 2) website and online resource posting bulliten board 3) wall of magic, photo mural 4) collectibles on display and for trade / purchase. 5) general meet and greet.

does anyone have the ability to assist on the planning and execution of the event, or have any suggestions on coordinating an event like this? i am very interested in your ideas!

No offense to myself, but you're much better off posting at a bigger forums site like mouseplanet.com

As far as making a website for it two bulletin boards I've seen and liked are vanilla bbs and punbb.

Also check out vbulletin

Be careful of posting on some of the fan sites - they might have rules against it. Suggest contacting the site Administrators before you post, otherwise risk banishment. (I've seen it happen)
