Hello everyone. What is the length of time it takes for a song to "cool off" before it can be requested again? Thanks!

I think it's 24 hours, could be 48, since last request. Subsonic or Yzfdonor could answer for certain.

Thanks for the response. The piece that I want still shows that it's "cooling off"...it's been several days and from what I can tell it hasn't been in the cue. I hope it cools off soon.

Go into chat, and send a direct message to Subsonic or Yzfdonor. They might be able to fix it.

I don't know if it's changed, but the time was *around* 24-hours, but varied through some sort of randomization. They did this at some point to avoid one person being able to monopolize a track by requesting it at the exact same time every day. In other words, if you requested Star Tunnel on Monday, it might refresh 19 hours later. Then when Star Tunnel is requested on Tuesday, it might refresh 26 hours later. This would help reduce the chances RandomSubUser1234 would simply request Star Tunnel every day at 3:00 pm on their local time.

It's 24 hours, the track you're requesting is most likely being requested by someone else each day before you're able to.
