Love both the ones mentioned so far ~ EPCOT entrance medley, and Wilderness Lodge loop. I also really enjoy the Innoventions Loops

Innoventions loop is great, but I really enjoy the Tomorrowland loops as well as the MGM - Great Movie Ride Area Music loop. Ranking:

Definitely the Wonders of Life loop. WOL was one of my favorite places in Walt Disney World. The music also introduced me to new artists and helped me discover that there is life beyond the Top 40 music loop on the radio.
Innoventions is a close second. I was a big Epcot nerd when I was younger. I guess I still am.

Mine are: Jungle Cruise area loop, Main Street loop and main entrance loop. I LOVE the main entrance loop cuz it just brings me back to waiting at WDW for RD!

Tower of Terror, Adventureland, Jungle Cruise (WDW), Epcot entrance, Innoventions, Tomorrowland (pre-2003), and Polynesian. In some order XD

I love the tower of terror area loop. And the jungle cruise que music and spiel. And I'm only 1400 points away from being able to request one and 500 from the other. (point totals approximated, actual values may vary)
