I am actually always bummed that I can never get the holiday stream to work. Is there some trick to it? I have a couple Christmas songs in my Treasures that I request from time to time, and I really like the Halloween tracks.
There's all sorts of tracks I really don't like and don't really understand why they get requested all the time, but that's how it goes on a request stream.

If you want to listen to your own requests you'll have to listen to other people's requests as well.

I'd rather hear Christmas music at Christmas time, but everyone is entitled to their own opinion! I can always listen to something else.

I like listening to the Haunted Mansion Holiday year around, and its both Halloween and Christmas. ("It's what happens when two holidays collide")

I'm with you there. Maybe it's just me but I'd rather hear Christmas music around that time but like you said, we're entitled to our own opinion.

I think it's because we hear so much Christmas music during December that we're ready for an 11 month break come January. At least, I am.
Unless it's July...

I listen to Christmas music mostly around the holidays but it is nice to hear at random times sometimes. I have some piano students that are still playing them because they like them and are familiar with the tunes...so I guess I don't notice much if they are on in April...the funniest thing is I have some Muslim students that love to play the songs because they hear them in their school, even though they don't have any connection to the words or holiday...

The mute button is handy, too.

I love listening to the background channel when I'm needing to concentrate on work.

I fall into the group that doesn't want to hear Christmas (or other seasonal music) out of season. Don't get me wrong, I like Christmas music but just not months before or after Christmas. With that being said, I do respect other peoples right to request whatever they want whenever they want. I'm sure that there are many people out there who switch to the background station whenever I request the "sci fi dine in loop". That's what makes this such a great site... we all have choices.

Thanks... I figured since we don't have it at WDW (yet) this is the only way I get to enjoy it.

I don't mind seeing a holiday track up, be it Christmas or Halloween or whatever. It's fun! It's a break from the usual! If you don't like it, turn it off!
