Does anyone else remember when Jimmy Buffett was thrown out of the arena during a Miami Heat basketball game because the ref thought he (Buffett) was swearing at him (the ref) when Buffet asked if the ref was a Parrothead or not? Me and my dad got a kick out of that!!!

BTW. I do know that I heard JB at Blizzard Beach 2 years ago and at Carribean Beach Resort at Port Royal (food court, merchandise, and pool) and I think I heard them playing JB at Pleasure Island before they closed all the clubs.
We are all a little weird
And life's a little weird,
And when we find someone whose
Weirdness is compatible with ours,
We join up with them and fall in
Mutual weirdness and call it Love.”

Jacca, thanks for the link - I can't believe I've been missing out on all of these. There's one tonight, and I'll be listening in with a Landshark Lager in hand!

Margaritaville in City Walk is great, been there a handful of times when we wanted to venture off Disney property. To tell you the truth, if it weren't for Margaritaville, it might not be as enticing to head over. Emeril's is a really good experience for a nice night out but I'll take the deck at Margaritaville with the live entertainment anytime! Marley's is good too and keeping with the laid back theme.

I love Margaritaville in City Walk, I've only been there once. I've been to the original Margaritaville in Key West too! Give me a Margarita, Boat Drink or a Land Shark Lager and I'm happy! 8-) Along with some Buffett music.

I am a parrothead pilot. I loved the visit to the Margaritaville Cafe and look forward to going back. My XM (in the Sopwith Camel) stops on the Margaritaville channel (55) regularly. I hear they also broadcast from the cafe at Orlando!

BTW - Buffett is a pilot too.

I love going to Margaritaville! I only been to the Orlando and Key West ones. I was at the Key West one when Kenny Chesney was playing for Seven nights. I saw three out of the seven shows he did.

That must have been just to cool? Is Rick's Place still on Duval?

I enjoyed the site. He also flew (and played the part of the pilot) in the movie "Congo".

Now I'm dreaming of propellers and boat drinks (sigh).

Speaking of JB, has anyone heard the new "Buffet Hotel" CD? My wife just bought it yesterday and I listened to it on the way to work this AM. What are your thoughts?

I was just getting ready to go pick it right now! I'm sure it is great. I'll give my option later in the day.
