I don't think I have ever seen a CD making Kiosk in WDW at least.. I think they have been gone for a long time, at least since 2001 when I went to WDW regularly.
They are missing a great opportunity, not releasing more on iTunes (they do have some stuff there) but it seems fairly obvious that they don't want to put the time or effort or money into it.
A shame. They would make a killing I bet.
