I was about to start a thread and ask this very question- glad I checked first!!! I actually have "The Land Race" by John Williams but never realized that was in the queue.... here I sit listening to that track and sure enough....
Duh, I knew "The Launch" by James Horner and "Cody's Flight" by Bruce Broughton and the "Steel Magnolias" suite by Georges Delerue were featured (have those as well) but the others I didn't know.
Off to hunt the rest of these songs down!!!

Ok I thought so, i thought i recognized the air force one piece written by Jerry Goldsmith. I also recognize Alan Silvestri as he wrote the music for back to the future. thanks for finding the list as next time I listen to the queue music, I will know what song is what and such.
I know this is probably your first flight...and it's mine too...ha, ha

This is something I have enjoyed SO many times at Epcot and now I can listen to it all the time! I just realized "today" that the Soarin' stream/channel had the queue music too. duh. The description didn't reflect that so I thought it was just the ride over and over
Which is nice, don't get me wrong
I just didn't know I could enjoy this beautifully themed queue music in that stream. WOW. It's great! Thanks for the list of songs so that I can buy a few tracks on iTunes!
In reference to the discussion above, I was a little surprised to hear the songs from non-Disney movies the first time too, but I grew to love going through this queue just to see what we could pick out. It's all very perfectly suited to the feeling you get on Soarin'.

The Soarin' audio is one of, if not the best music loop in Disney. A few years ago, I had started buying audio in order to build a playlist of sorts. I highly recommend www.parktunes.com for links to purchase said tracks.

It's a shame that a number of those songs aren't available but that is a handy site to use.indysoarin19 wrote:The Soarin' audio is one of, if not the best music loop in Disney.
