Hey, Packwing!

Love your tagline. I'm a big fan of the TTA and its predecessors.

I'm just curious as to why you left the punch line off the end?

"Your party from Saturn has arrived - please give them a ring."

With the comparisons the new one is better than the old. Sounds a lot more like MSEP.

I have to agree with the folks who are immediately thinking MSEP when they hear the intro...LOVE IT....KEEP IT!

the current one is a bit flat at the end. If you listen to the real electrical parade intro, the speaker raises his pitch when he says "Electrical Parade". in the old intro, it matched as far as pitch at the end. The current one is just flat throughout, IMHO.

Thanks for the comparisons, sub! After listening to them, I am forced to reverse my earlier comment. Perhaps I just hadn't listened to the actual MSEP in a while. The new intro is definitely closer in timbre to the original.

The Introductions are good, but I also personally like the commercial breaks in between as well...

the Captain EO one
Star Tunnel One.

I wouldn't mind more too, that would be fun

I'm cool with anything as long as there isn't a "Hang on to your hats and glasses, this here's the best Disney theme park audio in cyberspace!"
"A pirate in irons be full o' guile.
And the blackest 'art wears the broadest smile."

Oh, and "Welcome Home."

It's amazing work, either way... although as many times as my network gets disconnected at work (switching back and forth between VPN and NOT VPNed), I hear it about 100 times a day... so random would be my vote as well.... alternate with something Adventureland or "Please stand clear of the Subsonic Radio, por favor manteganse alejado de las radio Subsonic."

Or "Ladies and Gentlemen, boys and girls, Subsonc proudly presents............" with the booming guy's voice (a la old Illuminations VOs)

Hmmmmmm. could be fun to try to create some of these!

"Where do you think you are, Subsonic Radio??"

Good selections everyone, I can't think of any others besides something like the Mickey Mouse Club theme but that might not sound so well.

Or maybe the intro to Fantasmic. It could start a bit before, "Imagina~tion!". Instead it would be "Subsonic Radio!"

And Spaulo: :?
