New here, love Disney music, but am not very computer savvy. At home, I was able to listen with no problems thru iTunes. Here at work, when I click on Listen, all I get is Page not found. I am on a network here. could that be the problem. What else do I need to check?
Talked to the guy that tells the IT guy what to do and he is gonna tell him to open the port so I can hear streaming radio. Probably won't happen until next week, but yaaaaaay, I will be able to listen at work while I am doing some of this boring mundane stuff I do.
Need some help. please, I can't Listen-Update

may be that your netwrok does not allow streaming radio. try asking your system administator or It dept to open up the ports, or try to do it yourself (as Eagle4life69 for help in that respect).
Also, try to listen in from the link on Eagle4life's signature. you need to have Windows Media Player installed on your computer in order to listen in, but it should work for you.

I noticed there were issues on my end. I restarted the broadcaster and it seems to resolve those.
In addition a user filled up all the slots again with the same ip. I'll need to talk to this person.

Today is the day that I hope my IT guy will say, sure I can open that port for you and you can listen to Subsonic all day long. You guys keep your fingers crossed for me.
Sometimes my hubby calls me at work and puts his phone next to his speakers so I can hear what is playing at the time on Subsonic. Hopefully he won't have to do that after today.

Well, so I talked to the IT guy and he said yeah, it was a policy not to let streaming radio in, because of bandwidth issues or something. He said he could do it if I got permission. So, now I got to ask somebody and see if they say o.k., then wait for the IT guy to come back next week and set it up, if it all works out.
