It has been $10 per 24 hour period but since I am DVC I haven't had to pay in a few years. There is an ethernet jack in the room near the table. I take along my Apple Airport Express and select my "travel" profile which mimics my home wireless network and plug it in. I then have wireless in my room that matches home so there is no setup on my laptops or iPhones.

Very clever set-up... I might do this "if" and when we go back this summer. Since we take two rooms, we can cut our internet costs in half!

Cool, thanks all you guys for the info. If it is plug in that will suck, because that means there can only be one computer connected at a time, and I am guessing that it will be my friend who is paying for the room.

Oh well.. maybe no Subsonic for me.

Next time since I am driving down instead of flying, I will bring the laptop so I give it a try.

I don't have a laptop. Also we are not really in our rooms enough besides sleeping and getting dressed.

A few other options you could use now are the iPhone if you have one, or a wireless card for your laptop through your cell phone carrier.

I found playing subsonic was a good way to get everyone into the theme park mode as we got ready to head out following our splash in the pool. It was either the subsonic music or the Top 7 on the resort TV.
