Background 96k stream gone

What happened to the Background 96k stream? That is what I listen to mostly and its now gone. Any plans to restore it? The 64k stream is too low of quality to listen to.

The high-bgm will be returning shortly. We had to some some maintenance, as a result it went down longer then planned.

oh man i miss the background stream. please put it back on as soon as possible. or else a thousand tears will run down my cheek. :(
