Why so many disconnects?

Hiya! Why so many disconnects lately? Is there a way I can get my points back for today since everything I requested was wiped out?

We just had some isolated incidents that cause the streams to hiccup. Sorry everyone.. its been pretty stable since our last major issue. But once and a while things do happen.

Sub's right drop by chat and we can help you out.

On top of that. Posting in the forums is slowest way to let us know of issues. Telling someone in the chat or IMing them is the quickest way and preferred as we want to fix stuff as quickly as possible.
