Yeah, but shows like Ellen have to play as one long piece. But any musical loops should be cut up into seperate songs

Epcot.....go away...You scare me!

zenmondo wrote:We are in the middle of "walt disney world - epcot - world showcase - china
area - loop full" Oh man... this is killing me! 29:40 ?!?!?!?!!? Wow.

I will forever dread this. Last night there was a more-than-full ride through of the Haunted Mansion, but I loved it. For the first time I got to hear the each section of the ride in its entirety, instead of whatever snippet I happen to ride past in my doombuggy.

6:40 left in the China loop. I can make it through this....
I completely agree...the epcot loops make me just wanna run away....I tend to turn down the speakers and come back an hour later.

I'd have to say I'm not a huge fan of:

disneyland - main street - windows - dentists's office

Something about that track just gets me!

Gee - I can't see why you don't love that one. Let's think, dentist's are cruel and evil and certainly don't bring any happy memories. And that track is just painful sounding! There are few I really don't like - this is one of them [the other's mainly consisting of the Country Bear tracks...]. And I have to stick up for the loop tracks, I gotta say I enjoy them.

I actually like the Epcot loops, but then the old Epcot Center was my favorite park. I just heard one that seems pretty pointless:

disneyland - new orleans square
railroad station - continental code message

click-click-click...

You're not alone, inkydog. I really like the bgm and area music tracks. I guess that's because they remind me of working there--walking through the deserted parks after the gates had closed for the day. All you could hear was background music... THAT was magic. No guests, no crowd noise... As if they had just left the music on just for you...

Anyway, sorry everyone! I'm on the east coast, so I'll be sure to request those tracks early in the morning when you all in California are still asleep. I didn't know how many people hate those long tracks!

Epcot music loops

Yeah, kgmadorin, I'm with you. Don't even get me started on what they did to that place... those rat maze photo walls, the Mickey hand hanging off Spaceship Earth. And once you get inside! I used to love the clean, futuristic lines of the buildings and the earth tones... now it looks like a Mardi Gras barfed on the place; all that purple, green, and yellow!

Request 'em anytime, I enjoy them [and I'm on central time, beats those lazy CA folks and their time delay :D ] Has to be a neat experiance with just the music on and the nice lack of crowds... Sounds real peaceful.

I personally love the Ellen track (although the quality of that track is lacking a bit). It's a great way to cool down/relax after a hot day in EPCOT, as well as that ride having some good entertainment and education value...

Plus, the music loops are good for relaxing after a tough day at work. I usually request them as I'm getting ready for bed... :D

I don't really mind the long tracks such as the area music ones. As mentioned above, a lot of them are easy listening and good for when you're trying to relax or doing hw. Besides the loops don't even get requested as much anymore.

Inkydog: Yeah, I can't stand that continental code one, but there are worse...

Now, if there were only a 45 minute loop of the Swiss Family Treehouse organ playing polka music... That would be the best!
