I had to take my daughter to the doctor yesterday (she's has the flu

). While we were sitting in the waiting room, they had The Jungle Book playing. We came in just as it was ending, and they happened to restart the movie fairly quickly. Opening credits and BAM, what do I hear?
1964 world's fair - magic skyway - Serengheti Serenade
It made the trip to the doctor's office a little more pleasant (for me, at least

).

aw, that's nice flyingmouse...i hope your daughter feels better, soon!
i was so surprised to hear the serengheti serenade and realize that that's where the jungle book got its music from! i didn't know much about the world's fair, besides the normal small world stuff and carousel of progress, so i did some research into the magic skyway after that. must have been really cool to see everything!

wow, yzf i just searched for that track and it is super long!
what exactly is it? it's the illuminations an evening at epcot one you're talking about, right?
is it lots of pre-show music plus the show and after or something?

TheCheshireStitch,
It's the 30 minutes "pre-show" music with announcements, the show, then the "exit" music! Considering "Promise" was the song I dedicated to my wife at our wedding reception, it's special and she cries everytime she ehars it.

awww yzf that's so sweet!
we played a lot of disney's fairytale weddings music at our reception:) and our first dinner as husband as wife on our honeymoon was at tony's, and that's how we feel about bella notte now;)
we're currently saving up for a big renewal (but as big as a wedding) at WDW at the wedding pavillion / GF.
you gotta keep chatting so u can keep playing that for your wife! if she listens at work or home, that'd be so nice!

agreed that Wilderness Lodge are some of the best tracks! Might I also sugggest Mike Fink Keelboats as well, if you haven't heard it yet? Not as grand as Wilderness Lodge, but nice brings up similar scenery

My new favorite one is the EPCOT's 25th Anniversary Exit Music. Even though it's the same songs that we hear everywhere else. I remember being at the park on that day, and hearing the music BLAST throughout the park was awesome. It was like listening to Subsonic with the best speakers in the world. Aw what a day!
I know this is probably your first flight...and it's mine too...ha, ha

The post and pre Illuminations music. I've collected a lot of great world and new age music from these artists.

Abosultely! I've only been on that ride twice, but that music sticks in my head!
