First of all, this is my first postaroonie. Other then that, I have some questions.
I have requested 3 songs that were all available. Now that I have them, how do I listen to them? On the side, it says my first one is 3% and the other two are 2%. What does this mean? Where and when can I listen to the music?
Hey there, quick question.

Welcome aboard neosora. =)
Umm .. let's see here. If you look on the left menu bar, below where it says the 3% 2% business, you should see 'Stations'. Those are the different streams you can connect to; when you click on one of them it should launch the stream in whatever your default audio player is (iTunes, Winamp, etc). Once you have that going, if you picked one of the Requested streams, you'll hear whatever is showing on the Now Playing page (the link for that is right under the list of stations).
So that's the where and when you can listen. The stuff you requested will have been put in the queue right after you selected it (that's the queue you can see on the Now Playing page), so at this point, they'll already have played. You should have a stream open with the Requested feed before you request songs to hear them, otherwise you might miss them. You don't really 'have them', per se, you just request them to put them in the requested queue.
The 2%, 3% etc bars are telling you how long you have to wait for the points you used to request those songs to come back to you. It takes 24 hours from the time you make the request for your points to reset.
Hope that helps!
Edit: If you need more info on the points system, there's a stickied thread in this general forum that goes over it pretty thoroughly; I dunno if my explanation makes sense.
