It's to early to start seeing Christmas music is coming up in the que. It's bad enough every time you turn on the TV there's a Christmas commercial. But to see Christmas songs on sub so early.....OY!!

I know how you feel. I love Christmas music and have a lot of it at home, but I don't start to listen to it until shortly before Christmas so I don't get sick of it. When it shows up in the queue, I switch streams.Jacca5660 wrote:It's to early to start seeing Christmas music is coming up in the que. Man...what a bunch of grinches. Playing christmas music in the month of december is what makes it so magical. Maybe some of us like playing it because were in the christmas spirit and like to have that feeling of warmth. It only comes once a year and i think its great to have those timeless tunes running every now and again through the work day. I love the christmas season and hearing these tracks throughout all of december. We even decorated our place already! lol I say woohoo to christmas music!

I only dread Christmas Music on this site because, let's face it, there's not that much and it would end up playing over and over again. However, there's just as much Christmas music out there as there is music for any other genre. Plus Christmas music just puts me in a good mood. I've already filled my ipod with Christmas music.
Christmas begins Nov. 22 and ends Jan. 6
(I don't know about everybody else, but for my family Thanksgiving is more or less the Christmas Rehearsal Dinner and Three Kings Day is the thank-gosh-it's-all-over get together)

Hah! Do they loop the same music throughout that 8 hours? Im sure if you hear the same music everyday looping over and over that can be annoying..but that pretty much goes for any other kind of music as well.packwingfn wrote:Just imagine being in the parks from November 23rd-January 4th.
You get to hear the Christmas music EVERY day for 8 hours straight
I feel ya!

For reals, though? I mean, I can dig being tired of "How Do You Do?" and "Zip-a-dee-doo-dah" but the area music from around Splash Mountain (at either MK or DL) is some of the most vibrant for me. Those tunes seem to bring up thoughts of being at the park better than many others, in my experience. Something about the specific arrangements of otherwise recognizable tunes.
