More 24k stream spots please

Hi there I work at a very bandwidth stingy place and I notice that if I use the 24k stream I fly under the radar of the internet police. But if I stream at 64k I tend to get the "look" half way thru the day. The problem is lately I seem to be having to fight for spots on the limited 10 users for the 24k stream. when I look up at the 128k stream and they are using 48 out of 100ish. Is there anyway to split out one of those 128k streams into twelve 24k streams? or just add a few more spots on the 24k space?

Thank you for keeping me sane when I'm doing mind numbing tasks at work.

shouldn't be a problem anymore with the 24k streams filling up, what with the 128k and the other options back up and running. Not sure how hard it would be to change the streams arounf like that, the 24k streams and the 128k streams are not on the same server (hosted by different people).
