I'm in a bind with chat; while Subsonic helped me set it up so I can run it through Pidgin, I forget to look if the window doesn't flash. But if it does flash with each new message (which can be quite frequent), then I go crazy here at work with it flashing all the time.

So I just live on the boards instead.

If your computer is flashing you all the time call the cops on it, and tell it to put on a tie.
