Disneyland cast members

It might be interesting for someone who has worked at Disney to start a new forum or at least discussion topic concerning working as an employee at the parks as an intern. My son did a 8 or 9 month internship while going to college, taking a semester plus off and he loved it..learned a bit about managing his money too. He was at DW. Since then he has become a disney recruiter on campus and a number of his friends have followed in his footsteps. BTW, everyone seems to be known as a cast member, whether they get to be Mickey, or sell tee shirts at a store.
