What about doing separate ones for the request and scheduled streams?

This isn't a discussion about different intros. This is about the old versus the new. I don't plan on randomizing the intros, I want it ingrained in peoples heads, plus it's quite difficult to do that!

Slotofkit, I had planned on making a seperate intro for the scheduled, I tried out a few, it didn't seem right.

Good to know, Sub! Thanks for the effort, though. And I know I didn't think about how difficult a random intro would be. I'd rather have a good intro with stable site and streams, then random intros and not so stable site and streams.

Personally I like the new intro better. Definately sounds more like MSEP so my vote is to keep the new.

Will some one please explain way I can't get the streams to play? All I can listen on is the stand alone player.

The new one sounds more like MSEP, but the pacing and melody of the older one feels more exciting. The new one ends on a down note and frustrates me a little musically. :|

Like everyone else has pretty much stated, the new one sounds much more like the real MSEP (Although more like the Magic Kingdom introduction voice than the Disneyland one). There's also somehting about the way the word "proudly" is spoken that makes it sound melodic. It's really cool 8) .

Maybe you could add one of those rising pitch "warbles" at the end of your intro (I don't know how to describe them :? In the real MSEP there's about four or five that act as an interlude between the intro and the actual tune).

edit/sidenote: I just realized that you don't have the WDW version. Is that one you need still or did you just decide not to put it in so the music didn't become too repetitive?

That's one of my biggest problems, the variations between the parks / versions. Especially with the long tracks. It's basically comes down to what I see is worth adding.

Yep, that's the main thing, once it settles in for a year, it'll become normal.

It was VERY tough for me to switch to the new one considering I've heard the old one for over 3 years.

I agree, I like the old one, and the new one too... let's mix it up a bit.

Random baby..... yeah.

I like the New one and the old one as well.
That electronic voice is, too me, the only cool thing about the MEP song... the rest of it can kid of be annoying but i love that voice.

Mmmm.... I don't like the new intro - I am a new users so don't know what the original sounded like. I think that the reason why I don't like it is because I hear it so much, for that reason I have to agree with the idea of random intros from a selection.

Well, I can't really comment due to the fact that I've never heard the old intro before. Does anyone have it so that I could hear it, please? Thank you!
