Yes, this issue has been brought up before, there's really not much I can do about it. I'm sure it's even worse when it's an hour long track of something you don't like.

Again, there's always the scheduled stream as an alternative.

Yah I often have this problem at work :) I have found a work around though I use windows media player and if I know im not going to be gone for long I just hit pause and it buffers the stream and when it picks up from where I left it. The only bad part of doing that is unless i take a screen shot of the request list I dont know whats playing because as we all know the request list waits for no-one!

Yeah I always have to check "Now Playing" before I request a track specially when I only have an hour or 2 to check what is playing. That is why I love listening to Subsonic late at night since there is usually no requests out at that night.

But I can be guilty too :)
I know this is probably your first flight...and it's mine too...ha, ha

I'm guilty right now as I just requested the Full Illuminations show which is 68 minutes. I hope noone gets mad at me :)
