Making Subsonic Radio Themes

It really is quite simple. I updated the default theme to be in a single layout. (it was formally pieces and probably hard to see how everything looked together)

knedeau knew flash, but I said if people don't know flash, if they come up with a header, it doesn't even have to be animated, I'll add the links into it. The header can be part of the photoshop file.

Mostly, just keeping things around the same size as the orginal layout. You send that to me and I'll do the chopping up and css.
