Re: Made a Woops
But ... it does give you the chance to hear something you wouldn't have Any Disney audio is good Disney audio ... except for resort stuff that has absolutely nothing to do with Disney. LOL

It's not just resort music that is non-Disney, you know.Satchel T wrote:But ... it does give you the chance to hear something you wouldn't have Any Disney audio is good Disney audio ... except for resort stuff that has absolutely nothing to do with Disney. LOL
My philosophy is, if it's played somewhere on Disney property (parks, resorts, restrooms...) it's ok by me...then when I hear it elsewhere, I think of Disney.

Re: Made a Woops
How's this for simplified "oops":
if you make a request, and no one has made other requests after yours, that is to say, it's the last one in the queue, and it's not currently playing, it can be removed without penalty of any sort. If someone has requested another song in the interim, and your request is no longer the last one, then you're stuck with it... otherwise it gets inconsiderate of people who make requests and note the time that they will need to be back to listen to it. This would account for these situations where you accidentally pick the wrong request. You can then immediately undo it.
That's how I'd do it anyway.

1978: WDW MK, River Country -- Fort Wilderness
1985: WDW MK, EPCOT, River Country -- Polynesian
2011: DLR, DCA (one day)
2012: WDW Poly (one evening)
All of that, and part of me is still there.

Re: Made a Woops
I guess that's a compromise everyone could live with - everyone except sub who'll have to implement it, that is
...although there's still the odd chance that someone sees the last track in the queue and thinks "great, I'd love to listen to that one back to back with that other track" - and when he gets to request that other track, the first one is gone. Shouldn't happen too often, though.
