Forum Post Count Not Going Up?

Why does my post count not go up. It seems like for every three or four posts it goes up one? Help please?

Not every forum counts for posting. I know games and club 33 do not count but I,m not sure on all of the others. There is another post that deals with all of this somewhere else if someone can remember where they will post a link to it I am sure.
