Wilderness Lodge for me! Though the WL Villas are nice and quiet. So I guess the Lodge is first and the villas second.

My wife and I like to stand on Main Street in front of the Bakery. You get a great view and the smell of cookies! Not to mention nearby snacks! As for the park to pick the passes up at...maybe whatever is closest to where you are staying? Epocot and HS (still wanna call it MGM) may have shorter lines.
