Android can play the streams from the web pages but it's a little cumbersome. A streaming app can also do the trick. I've used one called XiiaLive for years but there are many others. With these you can copy and paste in the station URL and be good to go.

For your #2, if I read the link correctly, visitors actually don't pay - especially if going to a restaurant. Which seems backwards to me. When you click on the magnifying glass/Request bar on the right, it should expand and list available tracks. At the top if that window is a box with "Search Requests" in it. That's the spot to type.
