Exactly 30 days today.

Staying at Old Key West. We originally booked Boardwalk, but we had to go 2 days later, and there was no availability. OKW is a great place, and we can park right at the door of our room.

Its lunch time - and I'm going to Downtown Disney for an Earl of Sandwich visit. This is the only place that I visit that has an Earl. Now - which one to choose. Not sure, but I know afterwards I'm going to Ghiradelli - or should I go to Goofy's Candy Store? Now that will be the toughest decision of...

Its a new morning - so lets grab breakfast at Ohana's, then ride the monorail over to EPCOT. I NEED to see Soarin', Turtle Talk, and Test Track. But I really need to see the Jamitors, the British Invasion, and all the amazing flowers of the F&G Festival. Now, the only difficult decision is where...

Looks like a great trip. 8 days at the Yacht Club - definately a great trip. The only restaurant I am not a fan of is Tony's. Just adequate Italian. It is in the MK, but they really do not maximize a perfect location. Probably the second question is Garden Grill, but that is good, and you get a ton ...

This goes against everything I've posted on these boards... but... *SNAP* I'm starting my day with the animals at AK and eating breakfast @ Breakfastosaurus (if they still have it... it's been awhile). Always a good choice. Just move your breakfast to Tusker House, and you are living large. Lets go...

We have only stayed at value resorts and I am looking forward to my trip in 2011 when we are able to 'move on up'. I'd like to skip the moderate and go directly to Beach or Yacht Clubs. Enchantment, much as I love the Beach Club, I also love POFQ. It's so small, just like a deluxe, but at 1/3 the p...

I have a mid afternoon craving for a snack. HMMMMM - lets snap into the bakery in France. Now if I can just decide which snack to get. And since I am already in EPCOT, l'll grab that Gran Marnier slush to help cool off.

What a tough question. I say make time for both if you are staying for more than 1 night. This is a "Taste Great - Less Filling" argument. Its like the choice of which park to skip. It just can't be done!!!!

Hey, maybe we should try this in reverse. I just did a MapQuest and found out I'm only 43 hours and 47 minutes door to door with Cinderella's Castle. (Woohoo! I didn't think I was that close.) There's got to be someone farther out though. Anyone farther? 43 hours! Where the heck do y...

Re: Favorite Desset, or Best Discovery

What is your favorite dessert or best edible discovery at WDW, and more the sweet than the savory? Mine is the butterfinger cupcake in the Studios, at Starring Rolls. It's a gigantor chocolate cupcake, covered with fudgy frosting, which covers a mountain of white yummy whipped frosting, and a core ...

I still have never seen Luxo in the Studios and apparently he has been permanently retired and so I will never get to see Luxo in action. Mouseoholic! That is what I heard. I was hoping to see him last year when I was there. I asked around and found out he was down for maintenance since he had been...

Its lunch time, and I have the rest of the day off. My snap puts me right into the spring break crowds, but lets go the World Showcase. Great spot to cruise and just soak in the countries. I'm sure I'll find a great place for eating and consuming a beverage or two. Oh look - Off Kilter is about to s...

It was a lot darker out than those pictures make it seem. All I can say is that was one helluva wakeup call!!! Of course, my camera did not tell me the batteries were dead until I tried to take some shots this morning... UGGG. Isn't that the way it always is. Thanks for sharing the link Mouse...
