Anyone know how long they keep up the decorations and the Holiday-themed attractions at the parks? I'm planning a trip down there sometime in January 2006, and would like to be able to see some of things like the Haunted Mansion Holiday and the Osborne Family lights. I personally like the fresh fudge they make at the Confectionary on Main Street USA at WDW. good stuff...

myself, I'm a simple man, so I like simple foods. I'm a fan of hamburgers/cheeseburgers. If I'm in te mood for something more upscale (more expensive), I like L' Originale Alfredo di Roma Ristorante in Italy in EPCOT. good stuff.
