For what it's worth, thanks to whoever it was (I never got the credits for who tipped us about this) - one of the remaining unknown tracks has been discovered. It's "Kalele - Swinging" by Henry Kaleialoha Allen, from his album "Magic of Steel Guitar", available through iTunes.
