Re: Resort Hotel Drinking Mugs

I loved the mugs for the frozen cokes at Pop Century. We buy a new one each trip but I wish they still had the resort names on it or something, anything, to make them interesting.

Re: Disney Moms Panel

Tried again this year but wasn't picked. We were able to enjoy a dessert buffet type thing at Epcot and a viewing of illuminations on our last trip courtesy of Disney Mom's club. Dd thought it was cool they had Mickey Bars she could eat. Nice of Disney to offer that since the dates fell within our t...

Re: Go, Go, Go... or relax and smell the roses?

We have done both but our favorite trip to date was the 11 day relax and see everything trip. We took 2 days in the world showcase and saw everything. Usually we skip the movies, etc. It was nice to take alot of pool time to cool down in August and to do the parks in the morning and then again after...

Re: Ever been to WDW in a hurricane?

We were there in late August 2008 when I think it was Gustav came around. There was NO ONE in the parks, it was creepy empty! Not as fun as one would think, the music is so loud and really how many times to you want to keep riding the same thing over and over. I have photos of Dd onto of the train s...

Re: Resort Hotel Drinking Mugs

I didn't notice that bar code scanning when I was there in July. But what I don't like is the "generic" mugs used now. I used to enjoy getting the mugs from our visits that had the resort you stayed at, my favorite that I still use at my desk is an old Wilderness Lodge mug. True, I love m...

Re: New Interactive Queues

This doesn't sound like such a good idea. Especially if they take away the graveyard. The graveyard itself is somewhat interactive. I read the headstones. You read the headstones. We all read the headstones. That's interactive enough for me! The blinking grave is interactive enough for me! I vote f...
