Re: I guess EVERY attraction has it's own fansite
My favorite page of the site has to be the sink. With the holes in the drain, each representing one of the seven dwarves!

I guess EVERY attraction has it's own fansite
For the many years where I was not able to visit the parks, or for attractions that are now part of "Yesterland" I have always enjoyed fansites for specific attractions. The first one I came across was http://www.themightymicroscope.com/home.htm though when I knew it was atommobiles.com Bu...

Re: Disney Movie Rewards
I go in fits and spurts with my Disney purchases. (right now in a spurt). Remember there are other things you can get points for too, like movie tickets and soundtrack CDs.

Re: First Visit, and a return after 2 decades
I am a HUGE Star Wars fan, having seen the first film on a Wednesday Afternoon in 1977 -- My father picked me up from Kindergarten in the middle of the day, and took me to the first showing. In the 1970s and 80s Adventure Thru Innerspace was one of my favorite attractions (When I went in the Summer ...

Re: Disney Movie Rewards
I love the Disney Movie Rewards program. I had a pretty good point balance many years ago, but then I sat on it for a long time and did not have any activity for a while, and big chunk of my points expired. After that, I be sure to get things once and a while. Some of the coolest things I got was th...

Re: First Visit, and a return after 2 decades
Well when I said "Christmas" what I mean is my Ladyfriend wants to go to the park during the season, not the day. So pretty much the day after Thanksgiving to mid december or so. Somewhere in there. In 1987, I went with a group, we traveled that Thursday from Stockton, and ate Thanksgiving...

Re: First Visit, and a return after 2 decades
Actually we are located in Central California. But the zipcodes that allow the installment plan on the AP goes pretty far north. Its definatly not an every weekend kind of deal. We have 3 firm times we want to go this year (our first trip in about a week, my birthday in April, and then Christmas) bu...

Re: First Visit, and a return after 2 decades
For this first trip we are planing a total of 3 days (the first day being a split travel/partial day at the parks). Most disappointing for our dates is that the Haunted Mansion will be closed, but if we took what our alternate dates would have been, Pirates would have been closed. I am not TOO worri...

First Visit, and a return after 2 decades
Hello there, old time member returning after a long absence. I used this site and just dreamed of an eventual Disney vacation while I lived in Wyoming. Well last year, I moved back to California, and my ladyfriend decided that she thought a trip to Disneyland would be a good thing to do "for Ch...

I went to a matinee today to watch this film. In short, it was good, but not great. It was really good to see Disney's return to hand drawn animation. This is most clear in what is a fantasy sequence where the animation becomes very stylistic in a way that just would not work in 3-d animation. It re...

Well Peoplemover goes without saying but we have said it SO much here. Also I miss Adventure Thru Innerspace, but I can relive that in the virtual ride through DVD I got from atommobiles.com I am conflicted about it though as the attraction that replaced it is Star Tours, and I am a gigantic Star Wa...
